Crème Brulee in Pastry Bag


Fill this luscious vanilla custard in your favorite crock.  Also available in our convenient ceramic crocks.

Pack size– 4/3 lb bags per case

Bag serving directions:

  • Thaw pastry bags or tubs in refrigerator before serving.
  • Pipe or scoop into heat-proof serving dishes or crocks.
  • Top evenly with a coat of brown or granulated sugar.
  • Put under the broiler or use a torch to caramelize.

Our chefs prefer a deeper crock for maintaining the correct viscosity and thickness after carmelization.

With a shallow crock, in order to maintain the cream’s thickness, refrigerate until chilled before serving
