I specialize in Mexican Cuisine and a few desserts. I make a pretty good Tres Leches Cake and have tasted some that have been pretty good. During my visit at the Fancy Food Show, I also had the opportunity to try the Tres Leches Cake and was extremely impressed again by the quality of the ingredients, the lightness of the cream, the integrity of the cake staying moist yet not soggy or falling apart. I am also impressed that this was not overly sweet and had a nice consistency and phenomenal taste. I would definitely consider buying my desserts from this place when I cater a larger party. Now, this is coming from a Personal Chef who is very picky about good, quality and fresh ingredients. Very impressive and I will definitley be ordering your desserts.....just don't tell anyone....
