Bag serving directions:

Thaw pastry bags or tubs in refrigerator before serving.

Pipe or scoop into heat-proof serving dishes or crocks.

Top evenly with a coat of brown or granulated sugar.

Put under the broiler or use a torch to carmelize.

Our chefs prefer a deeper crock for maintaining the correct viscosity and thickness after carmelization.

With a shallow crock, in order to maintain the cream’s thickness, refrigerate until chilled before serving
