Tiramisu, which means “Pick-Me-Up” in Italian, is a traditional luxurious Italian dessert,

consisting of alternating layers of imported mascarpone and ladyfingers,

delicately soaked in espresso with a hint of liqueur.

Tiramisu is packed two 4.25-lb. trays per case,

with each case yielding at least 30 portions.
